Description

Shifting, swaying, finding balance. The moon has phases and so do we. As she moves through light and dark each phase has its own beauty. May we move with her gracefully reaching, swaying and remembering that all things need rest.

1. Waxing Crescent: Reach

3. Full Moon: Rest 
4. Third Quarter: Bend
5. Waning Crescent: Equipoise

I made this series of 5 watercolor and pen artworks inspired by the moon and its beauty through every phase. Each includes a dancer who moves with the moon and rests when it is full. I hope they will serve as a reminder to move gracefully and confidently though the light and dark phases of life.
