Oh how lovely that last glow of sunset in an autumn sky. The trees reflect the light in their golden gowns. The stars just peaking above the clouds. These moments caught in the in between the warmth and the cool of both winter and night. In splendid color the transition is softened and we are reminded that everything will be all right.

This set of eight original watercolors was the first mini paintings I created to sell. I painted them all in one day propelled to action by the previous nights sunset and my child hood memories of the AZ white mountains. Skies like these only last a few minutes but will linger in the calm depths of my mind for decades.
